To mark the moment, we’re livestreaming our New Years Eve shows from Denver so fans everywhere can join the celebration. The livestream begins at 9:45 PM MT. If you miss the live performance, don't worry; the replay will be available for 5 Days after the show ends at Midnight MT on Sunday January 4th, 2026.

To purchase Virtual Passes, follow these two simple steps:

Congratulations! You are now registered for an account and can proceed directly to the checkout.

Checkout

1. Enter your credit card information (if applicable).
2. Click Pay to submit your purchase.
3. Upon submission of payment you will get a 'Success' message.
4. You can click anywhere on screen to continue.
5. Don't forget to enter or update your shirt size if you are ordering merchandise.
That's it! You're all set. You should receive a confirmation email for both your registration and purchase. Make sure to keep the username and password you used to sign up, as you'll need them to log in and watch the livestream.

To watch the show, visit the show page for the date you want to watch and log in at the top of the page. If you encounter any difficulties logging in or need support, please visit momentum.live.support.

How do I see the status of my stream order or change my account information?

For Stream Access Ticket orders made on this site

1. Log into your account on by clicking on the 'HAVE A TICKET? LOGIN HERE!' button under the bundle options.

2. In the bottom-right corner of the screen, you will see a circle as the one below that is your account icon. Click it.

3. Click on Purchases to see your order

If you would like to update your information, this can be done by clicking on 'My Details'

Please note: If you wish to change the email address associated with your stream access purchase, you will need to create a new account. Head to momentum.live.support and click 'Contact Support' and fill out details to have the stream access transferred to this new account.

Is this a recurring charge?

No, this is a one-time purchase only. Some banks incorrectly report it as a recurring charge. Your charge will be coming from our partner LLC on your statement.

The Checkout says my credit card is not valid.

Can I Cast to or Watch on my Apple TV, Chromecast, Smart TV or ROKU?

Yes. Apple Airplay/AppleTV and Chromecast are supported natively in the platform player.

We recommend using Puffin TV or TV Cast apps to cast to Roku, Smart TV's and Firestick as we do not have a native app for these platforms.

In regards to watching the event on a Smart TV, this will depend on the model of Smart TV you have. To stream an event you would use your TV's browser to visit the webpage and watch the stream just like on your PC or tablet.

As an alternative to your TV's default browser, you can also try the Puffin TV browser app, which might work in cases where your TV's default browser does not. Althrough certain models will allow the streaming without any issues, others might not. Please Note: you will need to have a TV that supports the installation of new apps to install Puffin TV.

This is why we normally suggest watching the event on another device, which in turn you can connect to your SmartTV via either Mirror Cast, Screen Sharing, HDMI or any other wireless or wired connection method that your devices support.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable. In limited circumstances where we issue a refund for a canceled event (at our discretion), we will refund the ticket's face value paid. By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions. Should you dispute a charge or seek a refund after the show has started, your tickets may be canceled, and we reserve the right to refuse future ticket purchases.
